How to Make It
Wash and completely dry kale leaves, and tear into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Toss together kale, olive oil, and soy sauce in a medium bowl, rubbing the leaves gently to be sure they are well coated with mixture.
Place one-third of the kale leaves in air fryer basket, and cook at 375°F until crisp, 6 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking. Place kale chips on a baking sheet, and sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds, garlic, and poppy seeds while still hot. Repeat with remaining kale leaves.
