Victoria Beckham has often spoken candidly about her love for health and fitness. This year, the former Spice Girl revealed that she sticks to a strict diet, telling Elle US: ‘You know, I eat very healthily. I eat lots of fish, lots of vegetables and a lot of fruit.’ She also admitted that she works out for an impressive amount of time every day, telling The Sunday Times: ‘I get up quite early, around 6 a.m., and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school. I’ll then fit in another hour’s workout before I go to the office. I’m very disciplined, I have to be.’

New Year. New Food. Healthy eating starts here, with the Cooking Light Diet.

And it seems that her love of a  healthy lifestyle is rubbing off on her children. Victoria took to Instagram Stories to show her 17.2 million followers exactly what the Beckham children eat as an after school snack – and, spoiler alert, it isn’t chips.

‘Seeds doused in organic Aminos! Grilled until crispy! After school snack!’ she wrote, over a picture of some pumpkin seeds and pine nuts alongside a bottle of Liquid Aminos, which is a gluten-free alternative for soy sauce. Victoria has spoken about how she tries to include as many amino acids in her diet as she possible can, admitting to eating bee pollen in an interview with Vogue in 2014 as it contains ’22 amino acids, 12 vitamins, 28 minerals.’

It’s obviously working – we’ve all seen how ridiculously flexible Posh is. Have you seen how high she can get her leg?

That’s it.

We’re stocking up on Liquid Aminos immediately.
