Ingredients:• 45 ounces all-purpose flour (about 10 1⁄2 cups)• 1/4 cup baking powder• 2 teaspoons salt• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:1. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
