Whether you want to make a mocktail for your next party, or a fun fall treat for the kids, this honey-cider mixture is a must-serve during the autumn. Tip: The cider syrup needs time to cool; let it rest while you traverse the neighborhood then mix up the drinks when you return. Cut the apple slices for the kids’ drinks into spooky shapes before adding to the pitcher. Spruce it up by swapping out the sparkling juice for a pale ale-styled version, or keep it kid-friendly with the sparkling cider. Either way, you and your guests will be sure to enjoy a sweet treat for less than 100 calories per serving.

How to Make It

Place 1/2 cup cider mixture in a large pitcher. Add chilled seltzer water, lemon juice, chilled sparkling apple cider, and sliced apple, stirring to combine. Serve over ice.
